If WindowHopper isn't a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, no conditions.

How to request a refund

Two ways, both work:

  1. Forward your Paddle purchase receipt to office@coolplay.io with the word "refund" in the subject. We'll process it from our side within one business day.
  2. Reply directly to your Paddle receipt email. Paddle is our merchant of record and can issue refunds without going through us.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank-side processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

We may still consider refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis (e.g. accidental duplicate purchase, a serious bug we can't fix promptly). Email us and we'll look at it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. EU consumers, in particular, retain the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU directive 2011/83/EU, subject to the limits that apply once digital content has been fully delivered with your prior consent.
